About The Leading Edge
A Personal Quest to Help My Daughter Became My Passion to Help Others
When my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD, I looked for a non-invasive, drug-free approach to help my daughter. My research led me to Neurofeedback, and I was surprised to discover that it had four decades of university-level research supporting its efficacy.
My daughter was my first patient.
My wife and I noticed positive results with her after only eight sessions, which I later learned was pretty average. My biggest question at that point was whether or not these changes would become permanent. It turns out that they are, if we train the brain to the point that new connections are sufficiently created and established (a phenomenon called neuroplasticity, which refers to the brain’s ability to remodel and reshape itself.)
After seeing how it changed my daughter’s life trajectory (and thus our family’s), it became my goal and focus to spread the word that there is a safe and effective alternative to help our children. The Leading Edge with Neurofeedback was developed. I was thrilled to take part in finding a drug-free, non-invasive solution to the difficulties experienced with ADD/ADHD and other Learning Challenges.
While my initial focus was helping children, I began to discover how Neurofeedback could help teens, adults and seniors with symptoms associated with:
- Chronic Fatigue
- Memory Loss
- Concussions / Traumatic Brain Injury
- Panic Attacks
With this practice, not only will receive the Neurofeedback, but will also benefit from the best health and wellness care.
